Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair) in Interior Trim.
2. Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose from the sunroof module rear spigot.
3. Remove the rear sunroof drain hose grommet from the hole in the front door lock pillar.
4. Remove the rear sunroof drain hose from the front door lock pillar. Pull the hose from the access hole in the lock pillar.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the rear sunroof drain hose to the front door lock pillar.
2. Install the end of the rear sunroof drain hose to the grommet in the front door lock pillar.
3. Connect the rear sunroof drain hose to the sunroof module rear spigot.
4. Inspect the rear sunroof drain hose for proper routing.
5. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair) in Interior Trim.
