Instrument Panel Assist Handle Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim plate bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement (Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Trim Plate Bezel Replacement).




2. Remove the nuts from the assist handle and remove the assist handle.

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the assist handle to the instrument panel. Install the assist handle nuts.

Tighten the nuts to 8 Nm (71 lb in).

2. Install the I/P cluster trim plate bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement (Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Trim Plate Bezel Replacement).
