Anti-Lock Brake System Indicator
IPC illuminates Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) indicator when following occurs:
- Electronic brake control module (EBCM) detects a malfunction with anti-lock brake system. IPC receives a class 2 serial data message from EBCM requesting illumination.
- IPC performs displays test at start of each ignition cycle. Indicator illuminates for approximately 3 seconds.
