Compass/Temperature Mode

This mode displays an 8 point compass heading on left hand side of Driver Information Center (DIC). Compass will display current vehicle direction relative to one of 8 compass headings using N,NE,E,SE,S,SW,W, and NW for readout. Ambient temperature also displays on DIC. If ambient temperature is below 37°F (3°C), temperature reading will toggle every 8 seconds between displaying outside temperature and word ICE for two minutes. If temperature is less than minus 40°F for more than 2 seconds, OC will display. If temperature is above 140°F for more than 2 seconds, SC will be displayed.
