SERVICE INFORMATION

The purpose of this bulletin is to inform dealers of changes in radio and instrument panel cluster (IPC) part restrictions.

These part restrictions are now administered directly through the Electronic Service Centers (ESCs), instead of requiring an additional call to the PQC. The questionnaires used for the parts on restriction are available on the websites of all seven ESCs. (There is one for radios and one for clusters.) It will speed up the ordering process if you obtain the questionnaire from the website prior to calling the ESC. You may also place your order on-line.

IMPORTANT: Currently, there are still a small number of navigation radios on restriction through the PQC and XM radios continue to be on restriction through TAC. All other radios and all instrument panel clusters that are on restriction will use the questionnaires provided by the ESCs.
