  4. Connect test light between auxiliary cooling fan motor connector terminal "A" and battery voltage. If test light is on, go to step  10. If test light is off, go to step  11.
  5. Turn ignition off. Disconnect all VCM connectors. Connect DVOM between VCM connector C4 terminal No. 9 (Dark Blue wire) and auxiliary cooling fan relay connector terminal No. 86. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, go to step  12.
  6. Re-Connect auxiliary cooling fan relay. Turn ignition on. Connect fused jumper between VCM connector C4 terminal No. 9 (Dark Blue wire) and ground. If auxiliary cooling fan motor runs, go to next step. If auxiliary cooling fan motor does not run, go to step  13.
  7. Leave ignition switch on. Place recirculation button on HVAC control panel in ON position. Connect test light between VCM connector C4 terminal No. 7 (Dark Green wire) and battery voltage. If test light is on, system is okay. If test light is off, go to step  14.
  8. Repair open in Orange wire (switch feed) between underhood fuse block and auxiliary cooling fan relay. After repairs, check system operation.
  9. Repair open in Orange wire (coil feed) between underhood fuse block and auxiliary power center. After repairs, check system operation.
  10. Check Red wire between auxiliary cooling fan relay and auxiliary cooling fan motor for open. If problem was found, repair as necessary. If problem was not found, replace auxiliary cooling fan motor. After repairs, check system operation.
  11. Repair open in Black wire between auxiliary cooling fan motor and ground. After repairs, check system operation.
  12. Repair open in Dark Blue wire between VCM and auxiliary cooling fan relay. After repairs, check system operation.
  13. Replace auxiliary cooling fan relay. After repairs, check system operation.
  14. Check Dark Green wire between VCM and A/C-heater control module for open. If problem was found, repair as necessary. If problem was not found, replace A/C-heater control module. After repairs, check system operation.
