Voltage at PASSENGER-SIDE LOW terminal B7 is within a specified percentage of PASSENGER 36VLR while simultaneously the voltage measured at PASSENGER SOURCE SENSE terminal A6 is a specified amount below PASSENGER 36VLR for 500 milliseconds.
