No Low Coolant Indicator With Low Coolant Level
- Disconnect low coolant switch connector. Install fused jumper wire between Yellow/Black wire of switch connector and ground. Turn ignition on. If indicator does not illuminate, go to next step. If indicator illuminates, check for an open circuit in low coolant indicator sensor Black ground wire. If ground wire is okay, replace engine coolant level sensor.
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect 17-pin forward light harness connector located between left kick panel and steering column. Connect fused jumper wire at IPC side of connector terminal between Yellow/Black wire and ground. Turn ignition on. If indicator comes on, check for poor connection at Yellow/Black wire.
- If indicator does not come on, check for open circuit in Yellow/Black wire. If circuit is okay, replace bulb.
