Conditions To Clear

Current Code 52 can be cleared using a scan tester clear code commands. However, if on next ignition cycle DERM EEPROM area reserved for accident data is detected to be full during CONTINUOUS MONITORING tests, History Code 52 remains in DERM. This clears active state and allows indicator light to illuminate for additional faults; it does not allow future accident information to be stored.
