Failure Conditions
Code 17 sets when INITIATOR CIRCUIT RESISTANCE tests are not in progress and voltage at PASS SENSE HIGH input minus voltage at PASS SENSE LOW input is greater than or equal to a specified value for 500 milliseconds.
