WARNING:
To avoid air bag deployment while trouble shooting SIR system, only use test equipment specified in diagnostic charts. Under no circumstances should battery powered test equipment or test light be used. Carefully follow all instructions.
- Checks for correct forward discriminating sensor resistance.
- Checks for an open in ground circuit No. 1003.
- Checks for bad connections.
- Checks for correct dual sensor resistance.
- Checks for an open in ground circuit No. 1003.
- Checks for an open in circuit No. 348.
