Code 34 - Open In Ignition 1 Feed To Deployment Loop: Description

At TURN-ON tests, Diagnostic Energy Reserve Module (DERM) monitors voltage at SENSE LOW input (terminal A6) for 500 milliseconds. DERM expects voltage to be 28-59 percent of IGNITION 1 voltage before 36-Volt Loop Reserve (36VLR) output is charged. When IGNITION 1 circuit from SIR fuse to dual sensor is open or IGNITION 1 diode in arming sensor is open, voltage at SENSE LOW input will be less than 4.6 volts and Code 34 will set.
