Removal (Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner Bracket)

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove accessory drive belt.
  2. Remove tensioner pulley bolt and pulley. Remove right side inner fender electrical cover.
  3. Remove power steering pump from mounting bracket and lay aside.
  4. Loosen generator bolts. Remove bolt holding generator to tensioner assembly. Remove tensioner bolt and studs. Remove tensioner.
