All Gauges Erratic (3.8L)

Check for poor connection at ground wire stud under coil pack. See Figure . Tighten stud nut to 12 ft. lbs. (16 N.m). If ground wire connection is okay, check for poor connection at instrument panel connector. If instrument panel connector is okay, replace instrument cluster.
