SERVICE ENGINE SOON Light Inoperative

Check for open in Brown/White wire, burned bulb or faulty instrument cluster. If these components are okay, problem exists in engine control system. See appropriate G -TESTS W/CODES article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE Section.
