Instrument Cluster
NOTE:
Figure 4 shows trim pad removed from lower trim pad, but removing instrument cluster does not require removing trim pad.
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove glove box door for access to screws. Remove 2 screws securing lower trim pad to trim pad (View "A" in illustration). See Fig 1 . Remove 2 screws securing cluster trim panel to trim pad.
- Remove headlight switch-to-cluster trim panel screw. Remove headlight switch. Remove wiper switch-to-cluster trim panel screw. Remove wiper switch. Remove 2 screws (one behind each switch) securing cluster trim panel to cluster mounting brackets.
- Remove filler panel from below steering column. Disconnect shift indicator cable clip. Disconnect instrument cluster connector. Remove 2 screws securing instrument cluster to brackets. Remove instrument cluster. To install, reverse removal procedure.
