Coolant Temperature Indicator
- If light remains on when engine is not overheated, remove coolant temperature sensor connector. If light goes out, replace coolant temperature switch. If light does not go out, check Dark Green wire for short to ground. If okay, replace ignition switch.
- If light does not come on for bulb check test, check bulb and fuse. If bulb and fuse are okay, ground terminal "G1" (Dark Green wire) at ignition switch connector "C2" located behind the instrument panel on the steering column. See appropriate chassis wiring diagram in WIRING DIAGRAM section. If indicator light comes on, replace ignition switch.
