Customers may conment about damaged hood insulation mat above the alternator Pulley location. This concern can be resolved by cutting 3" x 5" portion of the insulation at the alternator location.
1. Remove fasteners and bend in half the portion of the damaged insulation mat.
2. Cut out 3" x 5" damaged portion of the insulation mat. Care must be taken, not to cut into the hood paint.
3. Reinstall mat with fasteners.
