Fuel Displays Empty When Tank Is Full

Remove connector from fuel gauge sending unit. If display now reads full, wiring is good. Replace fuel gauge sending unit. If display still reads empty, check for shorts in Pink wire to fuel gauge sending unit. If wire is okay, replace instrument cluster.
