Display Is Always Cold

Remove connector from coolant temperature sending unit. Connect a fused jumper wire from connector to ground. If display goes to hot, replace coolant temperature sending unit. If display still reads cold, check for opens in circuit No. 35 (Dark Green wire). If wire is good, replace instrument cluster.
