Temperature Gauge Display Is Always Hot

  1. Remove connector from coolant temperature sending unit. If temperature gauge display is cold, wiring circuit is okay. Perform TEMPERATURE GAUGE DISPLAY IS INACCURATE.
  2. If temperature gauge display is hot, check Dark Green wire for short to ground. If wire is okay, replace instrument cluster.
