Tailgate Ajar Indicator Is Always On

Remove Black/Orange wire from tailgate ajar switch. Place ignition switch in "RUN" position. Observe tailgate ajar indicator light. If indicator light is out, replace tailgate ajar switch. If indicator light is on, check Dark Green wire. If wire is okay, replace instrument cluster.
