Tailgate Ajar Indicator Does Not Light

Remove Black/Orange wire from tailgate ajar switch. Using a jumper wire, connect Black/Orange wire to ground. Place ignition switch in "RUN" position. Observe tailgate ajar indicator light. If indicator light comes on, replace tailgate ajar switch. If indicator light is off, go to TAILGATE AJAR BULB SOCKET TEST.
