Volts Display

The gauges module receives a signal from its battery input terminal and activates a 14-segment bar graph volts display. The volts display range is from 8 volts (one segment lit) to 18 volts (all segments lit).

With engine idling and under normal driving conditions, 7-8 segments are lit. When volts display shows less than 4 segments lit or more than 12 segments lit, an audible alarm sounds and the volts display warning indicator lights.
