Low Coolant Indicator (2.8L MPI Engine)

The low coolant indicator comes on to warn driver that a low coolant level exists in the radiator. Battery voltage is applied to the low coolant module. When a low coolant condition exists, a signal is sent to the low coolant module by the low coolant probe. The low coolant module will ground the low coolant warning light to warn driver of this condition.
