CATALYTIC CONVERTER:
When servicing the exhaust systems on some 1982-85 1000 models with 1.6L engines, a clamp should be installed to the exhaust pipe and converter air tube as shown in the illustration.. This will reduce vibration and subsequent possible damage to the air inlet tube of the catalytic converter. The following parts should beordered:
