MECHANICAL CLUSTERS (Includes Telltale and Gages) All instrument cluster components except the speedometer will continue to be serviced in the normal manner. Replacement parts should be obtained through WDDGM. The speedometer must be serviced through AC-Delco authorized service centers.


ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENT CLUSTERS

Electronic Instrument Clusters are serviced by the eight AC-Delco Electronic Instrument Cluster Service Centers listed in this bulletin. The exchange cluster part numbers listed below can be obtained by calling the toll free number listed for the nearest center. Exchange cluster will be shipped UPS within 24 hours, along with a memo billing. The billing will be cancelled when the inoperative unit is received by the service center along with a completed ACD 1078 Warranty Claim Form.

NOTICE: Kent-Moore Tool #J-33431-B, Signal Generator and Instrument Panel tester will aid in the diagnosis of speedometer, tachometer, fuel economy displays, fuel level, oil pressure and temperature, and coolant temperature gages and telltale displays. Electronic clusters can also be analyzed with this tool.
