Stabilizer Bar: Service and Repair

Fig. 1 Front suspension:

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove stabilizer bar attaching bolt and nut and associated components from lower control arms, Fig. 1
3. Remove stabilizer bar clamp and the stabilizer bar from vehicle.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Torque clamp attaching bolts to 15 ft. lbs., and stabilizer bar attaching bolt to 16 ft. lbs.
