Valve Stem Springs & Oil Seals: Installation

  1. Coat valve stem with engine oil. Install protective sleeve over end of valve. Slide oil seal over valve stem and seat on valve guide. Remove sleeve.
  2. Place valve spring and cap over valve stem. Compress valve and install valve locks.
  3. Install rocker guides and rocker arms. Install spark plugs. Install cam carrier cover.
