Fitting Pistons

Measure piston bore diameter, then measure piston diameter at skirt across centerline of piston pin. Maximum acceptable clearance is 0.002" (0.050 mm) for either a used or new piston in worn cylinder bore. Oversize pistons are available in 0.001" (0.025 mm) and 0.030" (0.75 mm) oversize.
