Pressure Bleeding

  1. Clean master cylinder cap and surrounding area. Remove cap. With pressure bleeder at least half full, connect tank to master cylinder using proper adapter(s).
  2. Attach bleeder hose to bleed screw at first wheel to be serviced. See BRAKELINE BLEEDING SEQUENCE  table. Place other end of hose in clean transparent container. Partially fill container with clean brake fluid. Submerge end of hose in fluid.
  3. Open release valve on pressure bleeder. Open bleed screw 1-2 turns, noting fluid flow. When flow is clear and free of bubbles, close bleed screw securely.
  4. Repeat procedure for remaining bleed screws in sequence. See BRAKELINE BLEEDING SEQUENCE  table. Close release valve on pressure bleeder. Remove pressure bleeder from master cylinder. Check fluid level of master cylinder reservoir.
