Lateral Links
CAUTION:
DO NOT apply heat to lateral link adjusting screws or to jam nuts, when loosening or adjusting lateral links. DO NOT attempt to straighten or repair a lateral link.
Inspect lateral link isolator bushings and sleeves for signs of deterioration or damage. If lateral link isolator bushings or sleeves are deteriorated or damaged, replacement of lateral link is required. The isolator bushings are not serviceable as a separate component of lateral link.
Inspect lateral links for signs of contact which has bent or caused other damage to lateral link. If lateral link is bent or damaged, lateral link will require replacement.
