Disassemble & Assemble

  1. Remove clips and screws that hold Unit Housing to Evaporator/Blower Module. Then separate 2 units. Remove evaporator to dash panel foam seal. See Fig 1 . Disconnect fin sensing switch from harness. Remove upper to lower case retaining clips and screws. Separate case halves. See Fig 2 .
  2. Lift evaporator out of module. See Fig 3 . To install, reverse removal procedures.
