Engine Mount Rear - Removal & Installation

  1. Raise vehicle on hoist. Remove isolator attaching nut to crossmember. Support engine bell housing. Remove engine bell housing mount fasteners and remove mount. See Figure.
    CAUTION: To prevent damage to propeller shaft bushings, only raise engine bell housing enough to remove mount.
  2. To install, position isolator onto crossmember and install engine bell housing mount fasteners. Lower engine bell housing. Install isolator attaching nut. Torque isolator nut to 61 N.m (45 ft. lbs.) and fasteners to engine bell housing mount to 61 N.m (45 ft. lbs.).
