Remove & Installation

  1. Remove radiator fan cooling module. See RADIATOR COOLING FAN MODULE  . To remove cooling fan from motor shaft, bench support motor and motor shaft while removing fan retaining clip, so that shaft and motor will not be damaged by excessive force. Surface or burr removal may be required to remove fan from motor shaft. DO NOT permit fan blades to touch bench.
  2. To install fan on motor shaft, slide fan over shaft. Support motor and shaft as during removal and install fan retaining clip.
