No Low Speed

Disconnect wiper motor wire harness connector. Using a voltmeter, check for battery voltage between terminals 4 and 5 of wire harness connector. See Figure . If okay replace motor assembly. If not okay, check for battery voltage between terminal 5 and battery negative post. If okay, repair ground circuit. If not okay, repair V3 circuit. If not okay, replace Multi-Function switch.
