No Intermittent Wiper, Low & High Speeds okay
- Turn ignition switch to ON position.
- Remove intermittent relay from PDC.
- Check for battery voltage at terminals No. 13 and 29 of intermittent relay in PDC. See Figure
. If no voltage repair V6 circuit. If voltage is okay, go to next step.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect motor wire harness connector. Place Multi-Function switch in Intermittent wiper position. Check for continuity between terminal No. 37 of PDC and terminal No. 5 of wiper motor wire harness connector. See Figure
. If not okay, go to next step. If okay, go to Step 6
.
- Refer to Multi-Function Switch Test and perform test. If okay, repair V3/V5 circuit. If not okay, replace Multi-Function switch.
- Install intermittent relay in PDC. Disconnect BCM connectors.
- Place a jumper wire between ground and terminal No. 73 of BCM. See Fig 1
. Do wiper run continuous? If no, go to next step. If yes, go to Step 10
.
- Refer to Multi-Function Switch Test and perform test. If okay, go to next step. If not okay, replace Multi-Function switch.
- Check for continuity between terminal No. 7 of BCM and terminal No. 1 of Multi-Function switch. If okay, replace BCM. If not okay, repair wire circuit.
- Remove intermittent relay. Check for continuity between terminal 73 of BCM and terminal 15 of PDC. If okay, replace intermittent relay. If not okay, repair wire circuit.
