Exhaust Manifold: Removal

Disconnect exhaust pipe from manifold. Remove exhaust manifold outer heat shield, oxygen sensor, and engine hanger (if equipped) from manifold. Remove manifold bolts, manifold, gasket, and manifold inner heat shield.
