Parking Brake Adjustment

NOTE: Ensure operating cables are properly assembled to equalizer bracket prior to cable adjustment.

Using a 7/32" Allen wrench, turn hex socket adjuster on parking brake lever assembly counterclockwise approximately 15 degrees. While turning adjuster, self adjuster release is a loud snapping noise followed by a felt detent. Very slight effort is required to seat lock-out arm into detent. Follow through to detent is important to prevent lock-out rod from rattling. Cycle lever to position cables. Rear wheels should rotate freely.
