Water Pump: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install new "O" ring on coolant inlet pipe. Coat "O" ring with water before installing water pump.
  2. Install water pump with new gasket. Install remaining components and fill cooling system.
CAUTION: Install longest water pump bolt at alternator brace position.
