Vehicle Speed Sensor Test
Remove instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Connect ohmmeter or circuit tester to instrument cluster connector sockets. See Fig 1 . Ensure sensor goes off and on when speedometer shaft is turned several times. Replace speed sensor as necessary.
