Engine Lubrication System: Notes
Oil is pressurized by the oil pump and routed through the full flow filter to the main oil gallery. Oil gallery runs the full length of the cylinder block. A modified oil pick-up, pump and check valve provide increased oil flow to the main oil gallery.
