Disc Brake Rotor - Front: Installation

Clean both sides of rotor with alcohol or solvent. Install rotor/hub assembly on spindle. Install outer wheel bearing, thrust washer and nut. Tighten wheel bearing adjusting nut to 20-25 ft. lbs. (27-34 N.m) while rotating rotor. Back off adjusting nut to release preload. Retighten adjusting nut finger tight. Install nut lock, cotter pin and grease cup. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
