A, C, G, J & Y Bodies

Remove combination oil pressure/temperature gauge (A body) or oil pressure gauge (all others) from instrument cluster. Check for continuity in the wire between oil pressure sender and oil pressure sender input pin. See Figure through Figure . Repair wiring if continuity does not exist.
With ignition on, check for battery voltage across oil pressure gauge (B+) pin and oil pressure gauge ground pin. See Figure through Figure . If no voltage exists, check wiring for damage and power supply for oil pressure gauge (B+) pin.
