Removal & Installation (A & P Bodies)

  1. On A bodies, remove cluster bezel. See CLUSTER BEZEL R & I  . On P bodies, remove headlight switch bezel.
  2. On all models, remove headlight switch mounting plate-to-base panel screws. Pull headlight switch and plate rearward. Disconnect wiring connectors from switch.
  3. Remove knob and stem by depressing button on switch. Snap out trim from assembly. Remove headlight switch-to-mounting plate nut. Separate headlight switch from mounting plate. To install, reverse removal procedure.
