Removal (Colt Wagon 1.8L)

  1. Remove oil pan. See OIL PAN . If necessary, remove oil filter bracket assembly. Remove oil pick-up assembly.
  2. Remove timing belt and sprockets. See TIMING BELT . Remove front cover and gasket.
  3. Remove oil pump cover and gasket from front cover. Remove oil pump rotor assembly from oil pump cover. Remove rotor drive shaft seal from oil pump cover. Remove crankshaft oil seal from front cover.
