Removal (Ram-50 2.0L)

  1. Remove air cleaner and carburetor. Drain cooling system and remove thermostat housing. Remove fuel lines, vapor hoses and coolant hoses from intake manifold and carburetor.
  2. Remove intake manifold-to-cylinder head bolts. Remove intake manifold. Remaining components can be removed from intake manifold if required. See Figure.
