Removal & Installation: Engine: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure that all pipes and hoses are cleared when lowering engine assembly into compartment. Tighten mounting bolts and nuts to specification with weight of engine on insulators. Replace all fluids and adjust all cables and linkages.

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Support rod (roll rod) must be installed in original direction with marked side facing downward.
  2. Perform final tightening of mounting bolts and nuts with weight of engine on insulators. Replace all fluids and adjust all control cables and linkages.
