Remove cluster. Check wiring continuity. On vehicles with electronic fuel injection or turbocharger, check wiring from engine controller to cluster connector. If wiring continuity is good, replace tachometer drive module on back of circuit board. It tachometer continues to be inoperative, replace tachometer assembly.
