Lancer & LeBaron GTS

  1. Move gear selector to "L" position. Remove 11 Torx head screws from bezel. Lift cluster bezel over steering wheel. Remove lower steering column cover. Remove trip reset knob by pulling straight back. Remove 2 screws and push pins attaching mask and lens to cluster. Remove 2 screws attaching mask and lens and cluster to instrument panel. Remove speedometer. Remove instrument cluster assembly.
  2. To remove tachometer, voltmeter and oil pressure gauge assembly, remove cluster bezel and mask. Remove screws attaching component to housing. Pull gauge assembly or tachometer rearward to remove.
  3. To remove fuel and temperature gauge assembly, remove cluster bezel and mask. Remove voltmeter and oil pressure gauge assembly. Remove screw attaching fuel and temperature gauge to cluster housing. Pull gauge assembly rearward to remove.
  4. To remove printed circuit, remove cluster assembly. Remove gauge alert and tachometer drive module. Remove light sockets and screws securing printed circuit board.
  5. To remove gear selector indicator, remove cluster assembly. Remove 2 screws at rear of cluster and gently rock gear selector out of cluster.
  6. To install components, reverse removal procedure.
